Hydrogen - Oxygen Hybrid Fuel or Liquid Gasoline to Gas Gasoline

Well I'm sure you've seen the water electrolysis kits which do increase your mileage by combining an oxygen-hydrogen mix to your gasoline. I was wondering if someone could come up with a device which would convert liquid gasoline fuel to a gas form fuel like the oxygen hydrogen mix before it is injected into the cylinder. If the bang was anywhere close in gas form as it is in liquid wouldn't the mileage increase significantly since you would be harnessing much more energy and wasting much less. Using a gallon of water the oxygen-hydrogen system gets 1800+ gallons of combustible gas. So would it be possible in an effective cost efficient manner to apply those principles to a gallon of gasoline. I haven't seen anyone else on the internet or anywhere with this idea. (Its probably faulty) I'm not sure if it would work or not, but its interesting hearing others views. Many still don't believe adding the browns gas to your fuel increases gas mileage.
