The annual U.S. oil import bill is $700 billion + annually and the department of energy (DOE) has a low budget in respect of $20 billion + annually. Shouldn't more money be invested in USA DOE when so much is leaving annually. With so many of the USA's biggest companies, contracts, and money going overseas its obvious were heading for a recession or change. NWO
